We all love pumpkin and I try to eat it up as much as I can during this time of year. I saw this and had to try it, I mean 2 ingredients - it doesn’t get much easier then that! These are great for a snack, lite dessert or even breakfast idea~ Pumpkin Muffins!
2 ingredients: Yellow cake mix and 1 can pure pumpkin. That’s right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. Very low calorie & yummy!
