I am on week 9 on Focus T25 and loving it. It’s been awhile since I was seriously into a workout program but this one has me hooked.
I have been trying out some things from the nutrition guide to keep me from getting bored and have found a few favorites. Here is the recipe for my favorite snack. It’s super easy and tastes great!
What you need to make my new favorite snack:
1/2 Cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. Chopped Cucumber
1 fresh mint leaf, chopped
2 multi-grain rice cakes
1 Med. Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
Cayenne Pepper or citrus juice to taste
- Combine yogurt, cucumber and mint in small bowl, mix well
- Serve sauce for rice cakes and dip for red bell pepper
